Do I need to be a qualified nail tech to purchase wholesale?
Yes, our wholesale pricing is exclusively reserved for beauty professionals, nail technicians, and salon owners. If you love our products for personal use, you can shop our regular retail range directly on our main store page!
Where do you ship to and how much is it?
We proudly ship across New Zealand and Australia! We use trackable courier services to make sure your oils arrive safely.
- NZ Shipping: Flat rate $7.50 (Free on orders over $50 NZD)
- Australia Shipping: Flat rate $25 (Free on orders over $80 NZD)
What is the processing and shipping time?
Because all of our cuticle care products are custom hand-blended and freshly poured to order, please allow 5–7 business days for production after your invoice is paid. Once shipped, we'll send a tracking number straight to your email.
Can I customise the scents in my wholesale order?
You can mix and match any of our 5 signature scents (like YumGum and CaraMel) to perfectly suit your clients' preferences. Just specify the exact quantities you need in our order form below.
Are there rules around what I can resell the products for?
To protect the value of the brand, we ask that all wholesale stockists adhere to our Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The 3ml pocket sizes and 30ml droppers should not be retailed to your clients below our standard minimum retail prices.
What is the shelf life of the oils and how should they be stored?
Because our oils are hand-blended with high-quality ingredients and no harsh chemical preservatives, they have a shelf life of roughly 12–18 months. We recommend storing them out of direct sunlight and at room temperature at your desk.
How long do I have to pay my wholesale invoice?
Once you submit your order form, your secure Hnry invoice will be sent via email. Invoices must be paid in full within 10 business days. Because we pour to order, blending and processing will begin as soon as your payment clears!
Please Note: To protect our authorised stockists, all submissions are manually reviewed. We verify salon names, business registrations, or professional social media pages before issuing a wholesale invoice. If a valid beauty business or pre-approved event cannot be verified, the order request will be cancelled.
